To help ensure any claims you might have are efficiently processed, please mail your claims forms and documentation to:

Please also note that: 

  • Any mail sent to 250 Yonge St. in Toronto by Fed Ex, Purolator, ICS Courier, or bike courier after October 12 will be returned to the sender. 
  • Any mail currently in transit via Canada Post will be automatically re-directed to the address above. Unfortunately, in-person drop-offs in Toronto can no longer be accommodated, as mailroom services are not available there. 
  • There are no changes to the Claims Procedures or phone numbers shown in your travel insurance policy or certificate.
